Bajaj Auto‘s February 2026 sales stood at 4,48,259 units, registering a strong 27% year-on-year growth compared to 3,52,071 units in February 2025. The company continued its growth momentum in India and overseas markets, with exports once again playing a major role.

Although volumes were lower than January 2026’s 4,77,422 units, the month-on-month dip is largely due to fewer selling days in February.

February 2026 Sales Breakdown

Two-wheelers contributed the bulk of Bajaj Auto’s total volumes. The company sold 3,79,921 two-wheelers in February 2026, up 27% from 2,99,418 units in the same month last year.

Domestic two-wheeler sales rose 27% to 1,86,164 units. Exports were slightly higher in absolute terms at 1,93,757 units, reflecting sustained demand from overseas markets.

Commercial vehicles continued to outperform overall growth. Total CV sales increased 30% year-on-year to 68,338 units.

Within this segment, domestic commercial vehicle sales grew 25% to 46,417 units. Export volumes surged 43% to 21,921 units, marking the strongest growth rate across all sub-segments.

On the overall front, exports grew 28% to 2,15,678 units, while domestic sales increased 27% to 2,32,581 units. The numbers indicate broad-based demand across geographies.

FY26 Trend and Export Momentum

For the April 2025 to February 2026 period, cumulative sales reached 46,72,290 units, reflecting a 9% growth compared to 42,81,143 units in the corresponding period last year.

Exports have emerged as the primary growth engine during FY26 so far. Year-to-date exports rose 21% to 20,71,096 units.

In contrast, domestic sales grew just 1% to 26,01,194 units, indicating that overseas markets are currently driving overall expansion.

Domestic two-wheeler sales on a year-to-date basis remain nearly flat. Meanwhile, commercial vehicle exports have been a standout performer, posting a sharp 52% growth during the April–February period.

The February performance reflects improving rural demand in India combined with strong traction in global markets across Africa, Latin America and parts of Asia.

Bajaj Auto continues to maintain its position as one of India’s leading two-wheeler manufacturers and a major global exporter of motorcycles and three-wheelers.

With exports maintaining momentum and commercial vehicles delivering strong gains, the company enters the final month of FY26 on a stable footing, even as domestic growth remains measured.
