Updated Bajaj Pulsar 125 Launched With LED Headlamp, Now Starts at Rs 89,910
Bajaj Auto has rolled out an update for the Pulsar 125 in India, focusing on visual and usability upgrades rather than mechanical changes. With improved lighting and a revised price tag, the Pulsar 125 now aims to strengthen its appeal in the competitive 125cc commuter-sport segment.
What’s new in the updated Bajaj Pulsar 125

The biggest highlight of the update is the addition of a new LED headlamp along with LED turn indicators. This setup promises better night-time visibility and gives the motorcycle a more modern look. The headlamp design is similar to what Bajaj recently introduced on the updated Pulsar 150, indicating a gradual standardisation of LED lighting across the Pulsar range.

Alongside this, the Pulsar 125 gets refreshed colour options and revised graphics on the fuel tank, side panels and engine cowl. These changes may be cosmetic, but they help keep the bike visually relevant in a segment where buyers pay close attention to styling.
What stays the same under the skin
Mechanically, the Pulsar 125 remains unchanged. It continues to use the 124.4cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 11.8hp and 10.8Nm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The suspension setup, braking hardware and 17-inch alloy wheels are also carried over. Bajaj’s decision to retain the proven mechanical package prioritises reliability and familiar ride quality.

Prices, variants and who should buy it
The updated Pulsar 125 is offered in Carbon Single Seat and Carbon Split Seat variants, priced at Rs 89,910 and Rs 92,046 respectively. Both are Rs 2,400 cheaper than before, improving the value equation. However, the entry-level Pulsar 125 Neon does not receive these updates. Buyers looking for better lighting and fresher styling should consider the updated variants, while budget-focused customers may still lean towards the Neon.
