Upcoming Honda Two Wheeler Launches in India

Honda 2-Wheelers India is expected to continue its strong momentum into 2026 with the introduction of new motorcycles aimed at both mainstream and premium segments. Following a busy 2025 that saw multiple updates and big bike launches, Honda’s focus next year is likely to be on further localisation and expanding its higher-capacity portfolio in India.

Honda Rebel 300 Likely to Launch in India

The long-awaited Honda Rebel 300 is widely expected to make its India debut in 2026. Honda has been working on increasing localisation in the 300–500cc space, and the Rebel 300 fits well into that strategy.

The bobber-style motorcycle uses the same 286cc single-cylinder engine as the CB300R. It is known for its low seat height of around 690mm and manageable weight, making it accessible to a wider range of riders while offering a relaxed riding position.

More Localised Honda Motorcycles Expected

Alongside the Rebel 300, Honda is reportedly evaluating additional locally assembled motorcycles for the Indian market. These are expected to sit in the middleweight segment and focus on balancing performance with competitive pricing.

While the exact models are yet to be confirmed, Honda’s recent approach suggests a gradual expansion rather than an aggressive launch strategy.

Honda Big Bikes Could Get E-Clutch Variants

Honda is also likely to introduce E-Clutch-equipped versions of some of its big bikes already on sale in India. The E-Clutch system allows riders to start, stop, and shift gears without using the clutch lever, while still retaining a conventional gearbox.

Models such as the NX500, CB750 Hornet, and XL750 Transalp are among the strongest candidates for this update. These variants are expected to command a premium over the standard versions once introduced.

CB1000F Could Join Honda’s India Line-up

At the top end, Honda could consider bringing the CB1000F to India. The retro-styled motorcycle is based on a heavily revised version of the CB1000 Hornet’s engine and chassis but features distinct bodywork and ergonomics.
