TVS Apache Crosses 70 Lakh Customers Globally, Expands Presence Across 90 Countries
TVS Motor Company has announced that its Apache motorcycle brand has crossed the 70 lakh (7 million) customer milestone globally, marking another major achievement more than two decades after the performance-focused lineup was introduced in 2005. The company said the Apache range is now available in over 90 countries and has evolved into one of its flagship motorcycle brands with models spanning multiple performance segments.
Over the years, the Apache portfolio has grown from a single motorcycle into a comprehensive lineup that caters to a wide range of riders. Today, the family includes the RTR 160, RTR 160 4V, RTR 180, RTR 200 4V, RTR 310, RR 310 and the recently launched RTX adventure tourer, covering engine capacities from 160 cc to 310 cc.
From A Single Motorcycle To A Global Performance Brand
TVS says the Apache brand has been developed around its “Track to Road” philosophy, bringing racing-derived technologies and performance-focused engineering to production motorcycles. Since its debut in 2005, the lineup has expanded across street, supersport and adventure touring categories while strengthening its presence in international markets.
The company also highlighted the growth of its rider community, which now has more than 5 lakh registered members worldwide. Apache owners regularly participate in track experiences, community rides and riding events organised by TVS, helping build an active ecosystem around the brand.
To commemorate the milestone, TVS has also released a new campaign film titled “Tu Race Laga”, celebrating the journey of the Apache community and the riders who have contributed to the brand’s global success.
Apache Continues To Introduce New Technologies

The Apache lineup has also served as a platform for several technologies introduced by TVS over the years. Depending on the model, these include fuel injection, dual-channel ABS, multiple ride modes, TVS SmartXonnect connectivity, traction control, keyless ride, Glide Through Technology, Built-To-Order (BTO) customisation, dynamic stability systems and roto-petal disc brakes.
