Nissan Gravite MPV India launch is scheduled for tomorrow as the brand prepares to enter the competitive, affordable three-row segment. The new compact MPV is expected to focus on practicality, competitive pricing and modern features to attract family buyers.

Nissan Gravite Launch Details And Positioning

The Gravite is expected to be priced roughly between ₹5.6 lakh and ₹8.5 lakh (ex-showroom). It will compete directly with established MPVs such as the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga in the value-focused family car space.

Built on the same platform as the Renault Triber, the model is likely to feature high localisation levels to maintain aggressive pricing. Customer deliveries could begin as early as next month following the official launch.

Engine Options, Features And Practicality

Powertrain options include a 1.0-litre petrol engine offered in naturally aspirated and turbocharged forms. A five-speed manual gearbox is expected as standard along with an AMT option. A factory-fitted CNG variant could arrive later.

The compact MPV features a flexible seven-seat cabin with sliding and reclining second-row seats. Foldable rear seats allow owners to balance passenger space and luggage needs.

Expected equipment includes a digital instrument display, touchscreen infotainment with wireless connectivity, automatic climate control, rear AC vents, cruise control and push-button start. Safety features are anticipated to include six airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, hill-start assist and a tyre pressure monitoring system.
