MG Cyberster Receives Irises Cyan Colour Update, No Mechanical Changes
JSW MG Motor India, through its premium retail channel MG Select, has introduced a new Irises Cyan exterior colour for the MG Cyberster in India. The update is purely cosmetic and aims to enhance the visual appeal of the all-electric convertible roadster, with no changes to its mechanical package or performance figures.
What’s new with the MG Cyberster Irises Cyan colour
The newly added Irises Cyan shade blends blue and green tones, designed to interact with light and motion to highlight the Cyberster’s aerodynamic surfaces. MG says the colour has been calibrated to improve road presence while complementing the car’s low-slung, sporty proportions. The update draws on MG’s roadster heritage, with subtle references to the brand’s classic models such as the MG B.
Existing colour options and design highlights
Apart from Irises Cyan, the MG Cyberster continues to be offered with a curated selection of dual-tone exterior finishes. These include brighter options like Nuclear Yellow and Flare Red paired with a black roof, as well as more understated combinations such as Andes Grey and Modern Beige matched with a contrasting red roof. Signature design elements like scissor doors and the two-door roadster layout remain unchanged.
Powertrain, range and key features
Mechanically, the MG Cyberster continues with its dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup, producing 510PS and 725Nm of torque. Power comes from a 77kWh battery pack, enabling a 0–100kmph sprint in 3.2 seconds and a claimed range of up to 580km. The Cyberster also supports fast charging and comes equipped with features such as a triple-screen cockpit, Level 2 ADAS, a Bose audio system and a power-operated soft-top roof. The MG Cyberster is priced at Rs 74.99 lakh (ex-showroom) in India.
