Mahindra Sales Grow 14% in April 2026 – SUVs, CVs and Tractors Strong
Mahindra’s sales in April 2026 recorded a strong performance, with total auto volumes reaching 94,627 units, up 14% year-on-year. Growth was seen across SUVs, commercial vehicles and farm equipment, marking a solid start to FY2027.

Mahindra sold 56,331 SUVs in the domestic market, registering a 7.65% YoY growth compared to 52,330 units last year. On a month-on-month basis, sales declined by 6.54% from 60,272 units in March 2026, reflecting typical post year-end softness. The company’s passenger vehicle business continues to remain fully SUV-led.
CV, 3-Wheeler and Exports Performance

Mahindra’s commercial vehicle segment reported 23,427 domestic units, supported by steady demand in the LCV category. The 3-wheeler segment saw strong momentum with 9,899 units sold, up 81% YoY. Exports also grew significantly to 4,970 units, marking a 47% YoY increase.
Tractor Sales Show Strong Rural Demand

Mahindra’s farm equipment business delivered robust growth, with domestic tractor sales at 46,404 units, up 20% YoY. Total tractor sales stood at 48,411 units, reflecting a 21% increase. The strong performance indicates healthy rural demand.
Overall, Mahindra’s April 2026 sales highlight broad-based growth, with SUVs leading volumes while tractors, 3-wheelers and exports supported overall momentum.
