Yamaha FZ-RAVE Launched in India at Rs 1.17 Lakh

Yamaha has launched the new FZ-RAVE in India at an introductory price of Rs 1,17,218 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The latest member of the FZ family is designed for riders who want a practical city bike with a touch of modern style and Yamaha’s familiar reliability.

The FZ-RAVE builds on the popular FZ platform but gives it a more focused urban character. It features a compact design with a full-LED projector headlamp, sculpted fuel tank with side vents, and a compact exhaust that complements the clean rear section. The single-piece seat and minimalist tail lamp make it comfortable and stylish for daily rides.

Engine and performance

Power comes from a 149cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 12.2 bhp. It is paired with a five-speed gearbox tuned for smooth delivery and easy control in traffic. The engine focuses on refinement and steady mid-range performance, ideal for commutes and relaxed weekend rides. At 136 kg, the FZ-RAVE feels light and responsive, while the 17-inch wheels add to its stability. A 13-litre fuel tank ensures a practical range for city riding.
