Lamborghini Temerario Confirmed for April 30 India Launch – Details Inside

Temerario India Launch Soon

Lamborghini is moving fast — the all-new Temerario is officially launching in India on April 30, 2025, earlier than expected. This stunning new supercar replaces the iconic Huracan and brings an electrified punch with a plug-in hybrid V8 powertrain.

Bold Design That Screams Lamborghini

Temerario stays true to Lamborghini’s dramatic styling. The front shark nose and lower lip spoiler feel familiar, while the LED DRLs feature a striking hexagonal design. That hexagon shape shows up everywhere — in the taillights, mirrors, exhaust tips, and even the fuel cap.

The symbolism? The number six nods to carbon, the sixth element on the periodic table — a clever tribute to Lamborghini’s obsession with lightweight performance.

It sits on 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels. Underneath, the aluminium space frame structure gives it 20% more torsional rigidity than the Huracan. For those chasing lap times, the optional Alleggerita Package adds carbon fiber components and sheds 25 kg from the 1,715 kg curb weight.

Tech-Loaded Cabin

The interior draws cues from the Revuelto. It’s futuristic and cockpit-like, featuring:

  • 12.3-inch driver’s display
  • 8.4-inch vertical infotainment touchscreen
  • 9.1-inch passenger-side display

The 18-way power-adjustable seats come with heating and ventilation, blending track-readiness with long-drive comfort.

Plug-In Hybrid V8 with 920 HP

At the heart of the Temerario is a new 4.0L twin-turbo V8 paired with three electric motors. Together, they deliver 920 HP and 800 Nm of torque through an 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox.

  • 0-100 km/h: 2.7 seconds
  • Top speed: 343 km/h
  • Redline: 10,000 RPM

The V8 itself pushes 800 HP, while the electric boost comes from a 3.8 kWh battery, rechargeable via a 7 kW AC charger, regen braking, or the engine itself.

Expected Price & Rivals

The Temerario is expected to carry a premium over the Huracan, priced around ₹6–7 crore (ex-showroom). In India, it will take on the Ferrari 296 GTB and McLaren 750S.

Final Take

Yes, the V10 scream of the Huracan will be missed. But with more power, smarter tech, and sustainable engineering, the Temerario is the future of Lamborghini performance — and it’s coming in hot.
