KTM 390 Adventure Price Now ₹3.95 Lakh After Big Post Diwali Hike

KTM has increased the prices of the 390 Adventure range in India shortly after the Diwali season. The 390 Adventure now costs ₹3.95 lakh, and the 390 Adventure X is priced at ₹3.26 lakh, both ex-showroom Delhi. This update strengthens KTM’s premium positioning in the adventure bike segment.

KTM 390 Adventure Price Increased by ₹27,000

The standard 390 Adventure has become costlier by ₹27,000. Its on-road price now touches around ₹5 lakh in several cities. Despite the increase, the bike remains one of the most capable options in its class with fully adjustable suspension, a 21/17-inch tubeless spoke-wheel setup and stronger off-road ability compared to rivals.

KTM 390 Adventure X Gets a ₹22,410 Price Hike

KTM 390 Adventure x

The 390 Adventure X has received a ₹22,410 price hike, bringing its new price to ₹3.26 lakh. This puts it closer to the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, making the entry-level ADV space more competitive. Even with the hike, the X variant remains a compelling value-focused choice thanks to KTM’s engine performance and accessible pricing.

Why KTM Increased Prices After Diwali

KTM had temporarily absorbed the GST 2.0 impact, which pushed taxes on motorcycles above 350cc to 40%. This helped boost festive-season sales. Post-Diwali, KTM revised its approach and passed on the additional cost, aligning its pricing with the updated tax structure.

KTM 390 Adventure vs Adventure X – Key Differences

Suspension & Wheels

The standard 390 Adventure features fully adjustable suspension and 21/17-inch tubeless spoke wheels, offering superior control on trails and rough patches. The 390 Adventure X uses a simpler suspension setup and alloy wheels, making it more affordable but slightly less capable for hardcore off-road use.

Features & Equipment

The standard model gets advanced electronics, ride modes and superior hardware. The Adventure X cuts down on equipment to stay affordable, targeting riders who want performance without premium pricing.

Competition With the Himalayan 450 Tightens

With the latest pricing update, the 390 Adventure X sits close to the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450. This narrows the gap in the entry-level adventure touring space. The standard 390 Adventure continues to appeal to experienced riders who want top-tier off-road hardware and adjustability.

What This Price Hike Means for Buyers

The revised pricing places the 390 Adventure firmly in the premium space. The Adventure X remains the value pick for touring and light off-roading, while the standard model offers the best capability and equipment for riders willing to spend more.
