EICMA 2025: Royal Enfield Showcases Limited Edition Shotgun 650 X Rough Crafts Drop
At EICMA 2025 in Milan, Royal Enfield turned heads once again with a striking new reveal, the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 X Rough Crafts Drop. Created in collaboration with Taiwan-based custom builder Rough Crafts, this limited-edition model elevates the factory Shotgun 650 to an all-new level of luxury and exclusivity.
A Custom Work of Art
The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 X Rough Crafts Drop draws heavy inspiration from the Calibre Royale build and introduces a rich dual-tone theme of gloss jet black and matte stealth black. This fresh finish is not seen on any stock RE model. Adding to the premium feel are real gold leaf stripes across the tank, fenders, and side panels, a nod to Royal Enfield’s traditional golden pinstripes found on the Classic and Bullet series.

The attention to detail continues with gold-finished inner fork tubes that contrast beautifully against the dark aesthetic. A hand-cast brass badge on the fuel tank and quilted single-piece leather seat further enhance the craftsmanship. The bike also gets contrast-cut alloy rims and bar-end mirrors, completing the premium look. Powering this motorcycle is the same 648cc parallel twin engine from the standard Shotgun 650, offering smooth performance and refined torque delivery.
Exclusivity Defined
Only 100 units of the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 X Rough Crafts Drop will be produced globally. Each motorcycle will carry its unique serial number from 1 to 100, with the EICMA show bike proudly wearing the 1/100 badge. Buyers can expect this limited series to be available in India, Europe, the APAC region, and North America.
While pricing and booking details have not been revealed yet, Royal Enfield has confirmed that the ownership process will be announced soon. Given its limited run, the model is expected to attract collectors and enthusiasts looking for something truly unique.

A New Chapter for Royal Enfield Customs
The Shotgun 650 X Rough Crafts Drop marks another milestone in Royal Enfield’s growing focus on factory custom collaborations. By blending its heritage design philosophy with modern luxury elements, the brand continues to push the boundaries of what a Royal Enfield can look and feel like.
As showcased at EICMA 2025, this custom masterpiece reaffirms Royal Enfield’s place in the global spotlight, offering enthusiasts a blend of tradition, artistry, and exclusivity that few others can match.
