EICMA 2025: Norton Manx R, Manx, Atlas & Atlas GT Mark the Brand’s Big Comeback
Norton stole the spotlight at EICMA 2025 with four stunning new motorcycles that blend heritage, innovation, and performance. The TVS-backed British manufacturer unveiled the Manx, Manx R, Atlas, and Atlas GT, signalling a confident comeback for one of motorcycling’s most iconic names. The company also confirmed plans for two future models, likely urban scramblers powered by parallel-twin engines.
Norton Manx

The new Norton Manx takes the brand’s superbike ambitions to the next level. It’s powered by a newly developed 1,200 cc liquid-cooled V4 engine producing 206 hp at 11,500 rpm and 128 Nm of torque at 9,000 rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed transmission, slipper clutch, and a bidirectional quickshifter for smoother performance both on road and track.
Built on a new cast chassis designed for real-world riding, the Manx features a single-sided swingarm and 17-inch carbon fibre wheels wrapped in Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa V4SP tyres. Its dry weight is just 204 kg, helping it balance superbike performance with everyday usability.
Norton Manx R

The Manx R shares the same V4 heart but adds a layer of sophistication through its adaptive electronic suspension. It uses 43 mm Marzocchi USD forks and a rear monoshock with adjustable damping for compression and rebound. Braking is handled by Brembo Hypure monobloc calipers with 330 mm discs at the front and a 245 mm rear setup.
Tech plays a big role here, with an 8-inch TFT display offering Bluetooth connectivity, ride modes, traction and slide control, launch assist, and hill start support. Riders also get keyless ignition, heated grips, and live tracking — premium touches that make the Manx R both thrilling and practical.
Norton Atlas and Atlas GT

Expanding into the adventure segment, Norton introduced the Atlas and Atlas GT. These middleweight adventure bikes are powered by a 585 cc parallel-twin engine designed to deliver versatile performance. While full specifications are still under wraps, both models will be available with spoke or cast wheels.
The Atlas lineup also includes projector LED headlights, an 8-inch TFT touchscreen, cruise control, and electronic rider aids. Features like heated grips, heated seats, and keyless ignition underline the touring comfort Norton aims to provide. With these bikes, Norton takes on established mid-size adventure rivals while keeping its distinctive British character.
Norton’s Comeback and Future Plans
EICMA 2025 marks a milestone for Norton as it rebuilds its legacy with support from TVS Motor Company. The brand is clearly focused on balancing craftsmanship with modern technology — a theme visible across its entire new lineup.
From the V4-powered Manx to the adventure-ready Atlas GT, Norton’s resurgence is both nostalgic and forward-looking. Stay tuned for more as the company continues expanding its global lineup and redefining British motorcycling for a new generation.
