Big Update: Tata Sierra Bookings Open on 16 December in India

Tata Motors has confirmed that bookings for the much-awaited Sierra will officially begin nationwide on 16 December 2025. Several dealerships had already started noting interest earlier, but the brand has now formalised the process as customer demand continues to grow.

Introductory ex-showroom prices start at ₹11.49 lakh, putting the Sierra in a competitive position among midsize SUVs. Deliveries are scheduled to commence from 15 January 2026, with dispatches to outlets planned shortly before that.

The new Sierra will be available with three engine options: a 1.5-litre petrol, a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol, and a 1.5-litre diesel. This wide powertrain selection makes it suitable for a broad range of buyers, from daily commuters to long-distance travellers.

Tata is offering the SUV in seven variants: Smart+, Pure, Pure+, Adventure, Adventure+, Accomplished, and Accomplished+. Customers will also be able to choose from six exterior colours, including Andaman Adventure, Bengal Rogue, Coorg Clouds, Munnar Mist, Mintal Grey, and Pristine White.

With a strong feature set, multiple powertrains and aggressive pricing, the Tata Sierra is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated SUV launches of early 2026.
