This recall covers select motorcycles manufactured in 2024 and focuses on a faulty fuel tank cap seal that may cause leakage or water ingress. The issue has led KTM to request owners to visit authorised service centres for a preventive replacement.

KTM states that some fuel tank cap seals developed small cracks over time due to substandard material quality. These cracks can potentially cause fuel leakage or allow water to seep into the tank.
