Special Edition 2026 Hayabusa

The 2026 Suzuki Hayabusa has been unveiled for international markets with a set of subtle yet meaningful updates. While Suzuki has retained the iconic 1,340cc engine, the focus this year is on refining electronics, improving low-speed performance, and introducing a striking special edition.

2026 Suzuki Hayabusa Unveiled Globally

Suzuki has updated the Hayabusa with revised throttle maps, a refined cruise control system, and minor tweaks to launch control. These improvements aim to enhance everyday rideability, especially in city and touring conditions. The superbike also gets a new paint scheme and cosmetic updates to keep things fresh for 2026.

Updated Electronics & Performance Enhancements

The biggest change comes from revised selectable throttle maps, designed to improve low-end torque delivery. This should make the bike more responsive during daily rides. Suzuki has also refined the cruise control system, which now stays active even during gear changes when using the bi-directional quickshifter. Additionally, launch control has been updated for quicker starts, and the lithium-ion battery has been replaced with a lighter, more compact unit.

Engine Specifications Remain Unchanged

Powering the 2026 Hayabusa is the familiar 1,340cc inline-four engine that produces 190bhp and 150Nm of torque. Suzuki has retained the same mechanical setup, ensuring the iconic performance character remains unchanged while improving the overall riding experience through electronics.

Special Edition 2026 Hayabusa

Suzuki has introduced a Special Edition variant finished in blue and white. It features a 3D Suzuki emblem, special edition badging on the fuel tank, and a seat cowl as standard. These visual enhancements make the flagship superbike look even more premium.

2026 Suzuki Hayabusa Price & India Launch Expectation

In the UK, the 2026 Hayabusa carries an on-road price of £18,599 (around Rs 21.55 lakh). Suzuki hasn’t confirmed an India launch yet, but if it does arrive, it will likely cost slightly more than the current India-spec model priced at Rs 18.06 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
